Our Mission

Rebuilding Her Foundation is a non-profit organization deeply committed to walking alongside women as they reclaim their lives from the grips of homelessness, trauma, and justice system involvement. Our organization exists to ensure that no woman faces these challenges alone and that each one is met with compassion, opportunity, and the tools to rise.

We believe that every woman deserves the chance to rebuild not just survive, but to live with dignity, purpose, and strength. Our work is centered on creating access to vital resources, nurturing resilience, and fostering an empowered community that uplifts women every step of the way.

 We envision strong, resilient communities where women are not only supported but truly seen  valued for their strength, their potential, and their inherent worth. In these communities, women have access to the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to rise above their circumstances and break generational cycles of trauma, poverty, and injustice. We believe that when a woman is empowered, she becomes a force for change not only in her own life, but in the lives of her family, her community, and future generations. Our vision is to cultivate environments where women can lead with confidence, inspire with courage, and rebuild their lives with dignity becoming pillars of hope, healing, and transformation for others. 

Our goal is to break down the barriers that prevent women from rebuilding their lives by providing access to safe housing, supportive services, and pathways to independence. We aim to create a stable foundation where women can heal from trauma, regain their confidence, and pursue meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Through compassionate care, community collaboration, and a trauma-informed approach, we strive to equip every woman we serve with the tools, resources, and encouragement she needs to thrive  not just in the present, but for the long term. Ultimately, our goal is to see women not only rebuild their lives, but redefine them — empowered, resilient, and free.

 We believe that healing happens in community. When a woman decides to reclaim her life stepping out of homelessness, trauma, or incarceration she needs more than services. She needs people. People who show up. People who care. People like you.
